FAQ

Poker Academy is stuck on "Loading Hand Histories" or "Initializing Window" (regardless if there is internet access or not).

This error is caused by corrupt game logs.

Find your game log and rename it to GAMES_V3.log.bak

(PC FAQ or Mac FAQ). This will stop all reloading of hand histories.

If you wish to retain these hands then please contact support for detailed instructions on repairing your game logs. Please include what operating system you are using in your message.
