I am 100% sure this is a firewall issue. When I disable the firewall it all works fine.
For many firewalls outgoing TCP/IP connections on arbitrary ports are allowed to proceed. But an
aggressive firewall may require these ports to be opened manually.
For the PAO Lobby, open outgoing TCP/IP connection to 216.17.37.114 on port 33345
For PAO Rooms, open outgoing TCP/IP connection to 216.17.37.114 on ports 8000-8200
